You will find below some practical information for the VOTEADVICE closing activities taking place in London on 19th and 20th February,

Monday 19th February
Arrivals and Network Meeting
 

Afternoon: Arrivals to London 
Participants staying overnight in London have been booked at:

 4 PM -5:20 PM: Network Meeting 
A Network meeting will take place at the Nuffield Foundation at 4 pm. This will be the formal closing activity where the Network will discuss about project outputs and any further actions to be carried out beyond the funding lifetime.

Tuesday 20th February
Conference at The Nuffield Foundation

 
9:00 AM: Registration
Registration will start at 9:00 a.m.
Please be aware that the reception opens at 08:45. People turning up earlier will be unable to enter the building.
 
The Nuffield Foundation is located in a beautiful Georgian building but due to the constraints of its premises, it is not possible to provide access or facilities for wheelchair users. People with mobility needs should contact the Foundation for guidance in advance of visiting the building.
 
9:30 AM:  Conference at Nuffield Founder's Room
If you are using PowerPoint slides during your presentation, please format them to 16:9 screen ratio and please use a minimum font point size of 21. The Foundation have a hearing loop installed in the Fine and Dining Rooms; please let us know in advance if you would like this to be available.

After the end of the first panel, Matt Morley (Savvy), will be our guest speaker presenting on insights from GE2017.com
 
​A hot buffet lunch will be served at 12:15 at the Foundation's Dining Room at the ground floor.

The keynote, Technology and the 2017 Snap elections: Lessons learned, will be delivered by Mariam Cook (PositionDial) and Carl Miller (Demos) and will be followed by Professor Susan Banducci feedback and audience questions.
 
The conference is planned to close at 5 pm followed by departures to airports and train stations. Please let us know if you required support to arrange taxi or transport after the event.
